  I recently got a Peugeot 406(GLX).it has done 40,000 miles,and last service was at 33,000 miles.when should I change the cam belt ? are there signs you should watch out for if the cam belt needs to be checked ? Is there any visual check to know maybe it should be replaced or not?

  HELP!! Does anyone else own a peugeot 406 with a misfire? If so how did you cure it?? I have tried better fuel, replacing the knock sensor, cause that's what the diagnostic machine said to do, replaced fuel filter, plugs, and it still does it.

  Hi I have a metalic blue 306 1994 2 door 1.9 turbo diesel but I can't find the paint code as the sticker is missing from the front suspension strut I have rung main dealer cars not on Peugeot database any ideas how to find the code Thanks Neil

  The doors on my Peugeot 306 (1999) deadlock themselves. It doesn't matter if you manually open them or use the key fob, in a few seconds they deadlock themselves. Numerous other posts about doors unlocking themselves seem to point at problems with the wiring loom wearing out.

  I currently own a Peugeot 306 Meridian 1.8 16v which will not start. A local mechanic has looked at it and says all valves have lost compression and he needs to take some of the engine apart to find the cause. This alone is going to cost £200 to £300.

  Hello My Peugeot 406 TD has developed a fault in which the 5 position wiper knob only works in the highest (fast sweep) position. Im assuming its just a fuse or two blown. How can i check/rectify this?? Its winter, and raining!

  Hi, I got a problem with Peugeot 406 1.8 16v year 1998.with Sagem dashboard.Speedo don`t working, rev counter don`t working and display don`t working, but fuel gauge,all indicators and temp gauge working.I check all fuses(including SH),disconnect dash for all night,but not working.
