  I asked if I could get an extended waranty at this time and was told not possible.  (BMW are confused why I was told this)  Took it to BMW put on diagnostics machine E68.00. Then they checked the cam shaft & timing E270.00 which is excellent so they say not the timing chain.

  Have seen a 1' series coupe for sale at a BMW dealer,ex central BMW stock,9 months old but with just 300 miles on the clock.does this mean the car has been stuck in a compound for 6-7 months in all weather,hence the low mileage?.

  I need to replace the pollen/microfilter on my E46 BMW, Euro car parts lists 2 filters for this car....one is listed as "standard" & the other is listed as "active carbon for Air conditioned cars". I'm confused by this as ALL E46 BMW's have Aircon as standard.

  I saw a photo of it in the Telegraph and somewhere on the web. The first impression: Are those ugly panel gaps I see? Or will BMW say that these are 'pre-production versions'and blag that they will fix this later (which they wont/can't)? In any case, they will sell lots of them: the BMW brand is so strong that the marketing folks will see to that.

  I bought a new x3 on 10 March 2011. I also bought the five year service pack and had the car serviced at a BMW dealer after two and four years. (2 year intervals for diesel) All went well unti 24 March 2016, the car was then 5 years 2 weeks old and had done a tiny 13k miles.  On that day, I got several error messages on the dashboard and put it into my local BMW dealer to be checked.

  I had Tesco car insurance on my old Honda and when I got my new BMW decided for the first year to get BMW insurance thrown into the deal. My Tesco insurance came to an end , Tesco Car Ins. insisted that the new years policy documents which they had just sent out had to be sent back (to a leeds address) Now BMW insurance which strangely enough has the same address needs proof that I have 9 yrs NCB by having a copy of documents that I've just sent back sent to them!

  Car of my dreams, great summer, top down Yes! I purchased a 320ci sports convertible on the 06/08/03 - 6mths old ex BMW staff car said the dealer Two days ago, 10 days after I bought, it broke down on the Isle of Skye. We travelled on breakdown truck for 5 hours to dealer on the mainland. Its now at BMW local dealer (not dealer I bought it from) BMW assistance have given me a hire car.
