  As you will possibly remember the wife has been a very happy Kia Ceed SW CRDi owner for nearly 5 years. Last October she "inherited" my dads 7 1/2 year old Nissan Micra when he gave up driving. Since then we have been coping with 4 cars in the household reasonably well but space is tight and about to get tighter (loosing a garage and carport in house move) so something had to go.

  Invariably European. Why no Asian coaches and buses? Hyundai, Toyota (the Coaster), Hino, Kia, Nissan, Isuzu, Mitsubishi,.. they all make coaches and/or buses. I wonder what the main reason is for them not being here? Did the EU have some kind of protectionism to bus manufacturers that we have continued?

  Hi all I have just bought a second hand nissan micra for my wife. I have bought insurance yesterday, the car came with a year's mot and tax till the end of the month. I do not think i will receive a reminder from the DVLA, to take with me to tax the car.

  I'm currently driving around Oz in a rented Nissan Tiida (petrol). Every time I go to fill it up the regular unleaded petrol at most of the pumps is only 91 RON grade. Should I be seeking out the sole pump on each forecourt that pumps 95 RON super unleaded, or can I presume that all petrol cars in Oz are built/tuned for the rougher stuff?

  However the one thing that keeps getting repeated by the salesperson is that any special deals and savings are only valid until 30th September, with one Nissan salesperson simply stating that if I bought next month I would 'have' to pay more. This is all tosh and they're just meeting a sales target deadline right? Or should I get my skates on any buy before the 30th?

  Off to the Nurburgring next month,for a bit of a play in my neighbours Nissan 200sx track car,and as we live only 60 miles from Hull,we have decided to utilise that route,to get to Germany. Obviously,P&O are the carrier to Rotterdam,and the best price I've come up with so far for a car and 2 people,is £228 return,which isn't bad,but like everyone else,I like to hunt a bargain,I'm sure there's a better bargain to be had.

  I think some of the car makers could have come up with some interesting names for their vehicles if they were brave enough, e.g. Austin Tashus Morris Dancer Nissan Hut Mini Skirt Lada Cupboard Audi Doodee AC Deecee Bristol Stupendous Cadillac Coldtea I did think up one for Bentley, but presumed it'd get snipped, so edited myself. There must be a load more!

  I've noticed that Motorpoint have currently got some very lowe prices on Nissan XTrails - for a new unregistered car, the Aventura spec is £16000, compared to an RRP of around £24000. What Car? Target price is £21400 for a UK car. Has anyone any idea what the warranty is on the 'Motorpoint' import stock?

  Hi I'm looking at getting a towbar with single electrics fitted to my '97 Nissan Primera hatcback for carrying up to 2 mountain bikes. Have done a forum search on here to get some idea of what I should be looking for. The question is, I don't mind calling around, but can anyone on here recommend a company as near to Brighton, East Sussex as possible.
