  Representing the true essence of an Alfa Romeo sports car: performance, Italian style and technical excellence, the Alfa 4C Concept offers the classic formula of a two-seater, mid-engined, rear-wheel drive coupé. Lightweight materials such as carbon-fibre and aluminium are used extensively throughout. These solutions, used in conjunction with a powerful 200bhp1750 TBi 4 cylinder petrol engine coupled with the new automatic Alfa TCT twin dry clutch transmission, and Alfa DNA dynamic control selector, allow the 4C Concept to produce exciting performance figures: Top speed 155mph, kerb weight under 850kgs, 0-62 mph in under 5 seconds, and a power-to-weight ratio lower than 4kg per bhp.

  Honda Eye to Give Bird's Eye View of Festival of Speed 14 Jun 2011 (News)
  Visitors will be given the opportunity to see this one-off prototype, before any other members of the public. Honda will also present potential car buyers with the chance to drive on the world famous Goodwood Hillclimb.   Peugeot Invests in Rallying 15 Dec 2008 (News)
  The IRC Challenge will be contested over 12 rounds starting with the legendary Monte Carlo Rally in January and finishing in November with the RAC MSA Rally of Scotland. Driving the Peugeot UK car will be Kris Meeke who has previously driven for Kronos, when he was third overall in the Junior World Rally Championship in 2005. Kris, previous winner of the British Super 1600 and British Junior championship, will be co-driven by Paul Nagle.

  The efficiency of the new all-alloy unit means that power output has been improved by 18 percent to 77PS and torque rises from 98Nm to 118Nm – a massive 20 percent increase compared to the 1.1-litre. There is also significantly improved in-gear driving flexibility and more relaxed cruising. As a result the top speed rises from 94 to 102mph and the benchmark 0-62mph sprint drops by nearly three seconds to 12.8 seconds. Despite this the CO2 emissions and combined fuel consumption are identical to the smaller 1.1-litre engine at 119g/km and 56.5mpg.
