• Renault Megane - Renault Megane Exhaust Manifold 1.5DCI 22 May 2015 (Forum)
  Hi, I have a renault megane 1.5 DCI with the K9K732 106BHP lump. Basically the exhaust manifold has cracked and is in need of replacing. I have ordered a new manifold off eBay and it should be here early next week,   I know exhaust manifold bolts are a PIA to remove and often shear.

When i got the car he told me that the instrument does not work and the start does not start. since i am a bit technical i started troubleshooting the vehicle. the cluster is still not displaying, the watch was not displaying but now does after i have removed engine fusebox, ecu, bsi under dash, and made sure that all fuses are not blown and also relays are still ok. what i have realized is the card reader & start button does not have power when i use my test light. the car does not start & the warning light on the instrument panel flashes all the time. sometimes the windows works somtimes they don't. the card locks some doors not all. your help will be highly appreciated.

  Hi, we have a Renault Clio 54 reg diesel that has been off road for 8 months now. It did run ok apart from it now blows white smoke out of exhaust. We were going to get this fixed recently however when we went to drive it to the garage we realised the battery had gone dead as we'd left it to long and we haven't got round to doing anything since (i know this is very silly of us).

  My 04 1.5 65bhp dci renault Clio engine maintenance light has come on. The local Indy has identified the fault as being the EGR. He was cleaned it - ok for a few days, replaced it, no improvement light still on after resetting on the computer.
