Super tow car, not a motorway rocket, just goes.
After all the ev disinformation !!, there was not much on offer in 2021 for a car that could tow a caravan of 2000kg. So the Landcruiser was bought I must add at the time a little trepidation ! was I the only one to stick with Diesel and the World was going to be electric !!! 4 years on I'm happy I went with gut feeling rather than the government daft ideas. Repairs 0; mpg 29 to 38 depends on where and how long; towing (1800kg max) real knock 21 to 25mpg. So all in, purchase price (40K), depreciation; reliability, I am please with the car and don't intend to replace, Booked it in for lanoguard treatment. Buy one quickly before they have us all in Scalextrics.
