Excellent so far
This is my sixth Subaru and without doubt the best. The CVT transmission is turbine smooth and, contrary to many reviews does not seem to rev its guts out when overtaking normally. The cabin is very spacious and light. The displays are informative and the seats are comfortable with lots of legroom in the back. I’m getting 35 mpg tank to tank, which agrees closely with the display. There are minor niggles of course. The ride could be a bit smoother, it’s difficult to programme the doors to all unlock together, and it could do with front proximity warnings. But overall I love it, and having been a passenger in a Sportage I really appreciate the visibility, instead of having to peer over the dash like chad in the Kia.
