Exceptional car for family, three six foot plus passengers to accommodate comfortably.
Having tested almost every small suv we found the comfort for myself 6ft5ins and my two sons 6ft plus in the x1 far superior to the rest. My wife hated the vw and audi offerings which suited me, (running a vw caddy van for my business I'm used to vw failures) the Mercedes was too small inside.
We tried the 25d auto first then a 20d manual which just didn't seem as suited as the auto. Also we found the m sport has a very accurate sporty but firm ride, so living in a rural location opted for softer xline for comfort.
The car is fuel efficient considering it's surprising performance. 46000 miles only servicing, brake pads and tyres required plus one recall no action required.
I would certainly buy another without hesitation.
