Top 10: New cars at the Goodwood Festival of Speed 2018
While the Goodwood Festival of Speed is a celebration of all things fast, each year it looks more and more like a motor show. Car manufacturers attempt to outdo each other with the enormity of their stands, while the latest vehicles can be seen driving up the legendary Goodwood Hill.
We’ve picked out 10 new cars that were on display at this year’s Festival of Speed. Although we’ve seen some of them before, many were making their UK debut - or, at the least, it was the first time they’ve been shown in action...
Polestar 1
Volvo’s performance brand Polestar is going alone with the Polestar 1, a 600PS hybrid coupe set to take on the BMW M4 and Audi RS5. It made its dynamic debut at Goodwood, driven by Polestar chief test driver Joakim Rydholm.
Deliveries of customer cars are expected by mid-2019.
