Do brake pads still contain asbestos? I only ask because I thought they didn't but I saw some the other say that said "Asbestos Free" leading me to believe that others aren't. Thank you, Milhouse -

2003 Ford KA Duratec - Strange only-when-warm-low-rpm hesitation! 21 Dec 2011 (Forum)
It has a strange missfire that only occours when: - The engine is up to temperature - Low RPM (I'd say under 3000rpm but there's no guage) - Medium Throttle It usually misses / lurches 2 or 3 times and feels like just on one cylinder. I know what you're thinking... "this is easy, plugs or leads" but no! Here is what I've changed so far: - Plugs - Leads - Coilpack - Front Lambda - Rear Lambda - Fuel filter - Cleaned all engine earths - Cleaned TPS - Cleaned throttle body Help! -

Peugeot 106 (1991 - 2002) - 2000 1.5 Coolant Temperature light - on or off? 5 Apr 2009 (Forum)
I have an older 1995 106 XND and the light does come on with the ignition and goes off when the engine starts. Should this be the same for the newer car? I have checked the leads going to the sensor on the water pump and there is 12v there. I also pulled the leads off the old cars sensor and the light still come on when the ignition is turned on. I took the radio out of the old car and reached round the back of the instrument display and removed the bulb for the warning light, I then did the same to the new car only to find that the new instrument display does not have removable bulbs at the back!
