  I need to purchase a driver door mirror for my 2005 Honda Jazz. My model has indicator built in electric adjustment heated glass power folding I have found a part that states it is a "five wire type". I'm guessing that that would be the correct one? Up/down Left/ride Heat Indicator Folding One wire for each?

  Although my heating is off, when I run the hot taps the radiators start to heat up. This also happened a couple of years ago but I was on the British Gas Boiler service at the time and they did what they did to fix it.

  I recently bought a rover 216 and it appears there is problem with the radiator as it got over heated. I drove for over 70miles without problems and suddenly the engine cut out. It still starts after rolling the engine for some time and allowing it to cool down but the water disappears when ever it i top up .It also gets easily heated up,radiator looks rusty though.

  Hi, A question for those who know about the WDS system in Ford dealerships. I have a Focus \'03 TDdi Zetec. It doesn\'t have a heated screen & now I have a crack in the screen I\'m going to have a heated one fitted. I\'ve sussed the electrics, switching etc. Before having the screen fitted I wanted to make sure that the relay clicks on and off when its supposed to.

  Hi! Just had the unsettling experience of the front suspension collapsing on my 2001 Focus 1.8. Fortunately it happened in a car park doing 10 mph. Ford agent confirmed that both front coil springs broke. The car has had no arguments with kerbs or potholes.

  My latest acquisition (1994 Pug 306) has been fairly tastefully valeted before purchase - not too little, not too much.  But the treatment of the surface between dash and windscreen has made that too reflective, so I was wondering what might be the least damaging but effective way to remove this stuff from that area?

  Why do most manufacturers make a large rear windscreen on the vehicles and then spend money blacking out large areas on the inside, making the vehicle clausrtophobic?. It is like the fad for hatching off large ares of road so that you do not drive on it, why build it in the first place?

  My whole windscreen is covered in paint specs from when I had a door resprayed. I've tried everything to get rid of them. Would using paint thinner be ok? As long as I was careful not to get it all over the body work?

  The windscreen washer isn't working (yes, it does have water). Where on earth is the fuse ? I've found a couple of fuse boxes but neither have anything likely in them. If anybody knows, or can look it up, I'd be grateful.

  My heater does not blow hot air at all. i have tried to run the engine up to remove any air locks but this has not made any difference. All the heater controls work fine, but i just get no heat into the car. Can anyone help at all?

  Had one as a hire car today. Shattered a few illusions, Strong 1.9 diesel, smooth and quiet thing linked to a very nice 6 speed box, nice electronic hand-brake. Seemingly as well made, good radio but a blinking fustrating heated rear window - the timer interval is unreal.

  Does anyone have experience with air conditioning cleaners i.e. products which are designed to eradicate bacteria, fungi, mould, viruses etc. from car air conditioning systems when they get a bit whiffy? I note that a proprietary product exists for this purpose, i.e. from Comma. Or any alternative techniques e.g. running the a/c with the heating full on and recirculating the air?
