Peugeot 306 diesel erratic start

When I start my Peugoet 306 D Y-reg up it is erratic (shakey), but after about a minute it goes away. Do you no what is causing this and what I need to do to fix it?

Condensation moisture in the fuel. Once it heats up a bit the condensation is evaporated off.
