  Hi all, I have a Mazda 2 where the TPMS light will come on, sometimes flashing, sometimes on constant. The tyre pressures are fine. It was allowed through the MOT last year but is still happening, and don't want it to fail, so I took it to my Stoneacre dealership for them to sort.

  good evening, after last service, mazda say the clutch has some wear will need replacing before too long. when asked how this was determined there was no reply other than their experience, after 50k even i can say that there is some wear, but as it still feels ok and drives normally, I'm loathed to have the clutch changed prematurely ( £545 mazda quote) when there is no obvious need other than mazdas opinion, but don't want thecar to letme down. any help or opinions appreciated regards phil

  Hi all, My wife is after a Mazda 3 04/05 model, but I am a bit paranoid about the expensive ECU fault that is showing-up on these cars. I have heard that if the ECU is unplugged, there is no indication of the fault. Can anybody tell me where to look to make sure the ECU is plugged in and what to look for to check for this fault?

  Hi, Still looking for a cheap/reliable family car. Have seen a Mazda Premacy (Atlantis) that's 10 years old with FSH for £1000....but it has 112k miles on the clock. Should I be concerned about such a high mileage (I'll obviously have a good look at the history if I go for a drive)...or just cautious about it?

  Hi all, If you were going to purchase or have purchased a mazda 6 2008 new shape and the dealer said this car is really only suitable for long distances would you buy it? ...... Thats what i thought Also, would you class this car unfit for purpose if you were told that you should only do long journeys in it & it's not right to go from A-B?

  The air direction changes through several modes without me touching the control switch.Naturally it wouldn't 'perform' for the Mazda dealer and although they think they know what it might be they won't replace anything until witnessed.In the meantime can anyone throw any light on the problem?

  As I'm only eligible for a 3 month warranty, should I book an appointment with the AA for a thorough check-over so that I can provide the garage with a thorough shopping list of what requires fixing? Failing that, maybe take it to a Mazda dealer? What are your thoughts on the matter?

  Hi, the clutch failed on my 6 month old Mazda 6 TS2 Diesel after just 6,000 miles ! Mazda reckon its not a warranty job and so I had to part with £560. I'm not best pleased as I've never had a clutch go on me before, not even on the Rover 420 diesel with 80,000 miles on the clock I sold for the Mazda.

  I am considering buying a Mazda 3, 1.5 petrol SE on a 2016 plate.  My concern is the mileage. It has 82k on the clock.  However, it has had one owner from new with a full service history, the first 3 years with Mazda. Are there any potential problems or things I need to look out for for this at this age (5 years) and mileage.

  Hi all, I currently have a Mazda 6 2012 (Venture Edition) and I'm looking at changing it for something similar. I'm tempted just to go with another Mazda, but does anyone have any recommendations for alternatives? Only requirements are something spacious with a large boot.

  had the car for 4 years but only done 36k miles and if by Magic once the mileage goes over 36k the light goes on and stays on. Brought it from Mazda Dealer when only 3 months old. The Mazda dealer has recently closed down and Sandicliffe Ford now taken over.Has had a full Mazda service history. They say ABS pump faliure and quoted me #560 to fix it and after much arguing offered goodwill gesture of 35%.

  Please explain why Mazda 6 2.2L diesels do not have the same DPF problems as the Mazda 6 2.0L diesel (where the sump can fill up with diesel oil)?

  Our 2007 Mazda 2 has just had its two year service, and the front tyres are down to the legal minimum. Mileage currently 10,700. Pirelli P Zero Nero 195/45 R16 V are the original fitment. The rears still have 7mm of tread.

  The Mazda has the better economy and warranty but the Fiat seems slighlty roomier. The Mazda seems to have a better range of colours, the Punto is cheaper blah blah blah.......... The bottom line is that they both have their good points.

  The police came got the car out of the way and it was recovered back to the Mazda dealership. They've had the car for two weeks and phoned yesterday to say they don't know whats wrong with it, Mazda UK don't know whats wrong with it, but they 100% can say its nothing to do with what they did.

  I need to change to something more practical but i have a tight budget due to cost of being a parent and one income. I love this car but i'm worried 83k is too many miles and after researching i know mazda's have some issues with rust. Can i get your opinions.
