  Morning all, I've a strange question I'm hoping the back roomers can help me with. Some car's screen washers just squirt out a narrow jet, whereas others I've seen spray a poweful atomised mist onto the screen. If you own, or know someone with a car that does the second, could you let me know the make and model of that car?

  I've recently got a TAG for the Severn Bridge Toll. In the instructions, in placing the TAG in the car. They say if you have a "metallised windscreen, it should be placed in the special area in the centre of the screen surrounding the interior mirror". I had difficulty with a 'Road Angle' not picking up satellites.

  Has anybody had a problem with the windscreen wipers on a VW Bora? I was out in my dad's brand new one on Saturday when the wipers suddenly packed up (completely dead on all settings). We found somewhere to park and checked the fuse which was OK.

  Hi all, I have a small stone chip on my windscreen and I want to self-repair it (my insurance doesn't include windscreen cover). I watched the ChrisFix youtube video and he recommends a kit with a vacuum plunger to suck air out of the crack when it's being repaired.

  A fuse that controls the windscreen washers keeps failing. When it fails the windscreen wipers come on for long periods of time, although not permanently. When they are on I have no control over them i.e. intermittent wipe or fast wipe don't work.

  This has been a cracking car since we bought it used in 2003.. One niggle noticed this Autumn is that while hot air comes through the LHS heating vent with heating on full, from the RHS driver's side there's only very slightly warmed air (at the same pressure so air flow is not the issue).

  Bit of a strange of for you. The heating started going hot and cold a couple of weeks ago. Investigations proved it was a airlock created by a water leak. Filled it up and bled it out OK. The other night I got back to my car and there was about half a cup full of coolent on the floor - near the drivers side front wheel.
