Another collection that attracted plenty of attention was from the late Peter Phillips, former owner of the Jones Bootmaker footwear chain, with all motor cars offered this weekend being sold. -

Audi Q7 Sells on BCA 'Buy Now' in 82 Seconds 29 Jun 2012 (News)
A 2008 Audi Q7 TDi Quattro S Line has become the fastest ever seller on BCA’s ‘Buy Now’ trade only online selling channel. The car was listed for sale at 2.00 pm on 28 th June 2012 and sold exactly one minute and 22 seconds later to a BCA online buyer. The Q7 had covered 47,000 warranted miles and was well specified in Black metallic with leather interior and alloy wheels, integral sat-nav and parking sensors. It sold for £21,250, equivalent to 113% of CAP Clean. -
DVLA To Stop Giving Driver Details To Cowboy Parking Enforcement Gangs 17 Apr 2009 (News)
Plans for a tough new restriction on the release of vehicle keeper information were set out today by the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA). Under the proposals any car parking company requesting information from the vehicle record in order to issue a parking charge notice will be required to be a member of a DVLA Accredited Trade Association (ATA), and abide by that ATA’s Code of Practice. -
Antonov to launch 6-speed automatic transmission at Chinese A1 Grand Prix 28 Oct 2008 (News)
The first variant of this all-new transmission system targets the growing 1.6 to 2.4-litre transverse engine passenger car market. The compact design delivers a torque capacity of160-220Nm within an overall length of350mm and mass of 86kg. Further models are planned to cover smaller and larger vehicle sectors. "We are very pleased to be able to combine the Chinese leg of the A1GP series with this significant product launch," said chief executive John Moore.
