• Mazda Mazda 2 (2007 - ) - or wait for new Fiesta? 11 May 2008 (Forum)
  Been perusing for new car, liked the look of the mazda 2, had test drive, just about to start thinking about colours and when to order, then yesterday picked up what car which had the new fiesta as a big feature. Really like the look of it especially the interior, question is, is it worth hanging on till this is in the dealers or given that the mazda will have better residuals should I go for that?

  I have a Mazda 2 sport which has 22k on the clock. The DSC light has come on and reading various forums, this is likely to be an expensive trip to the garage. The car is obviously out of warranty. Any advice?

  Hi, I have a Mazda Rx8 192 2004. Recently it has started to have problems starting when the engine is warm. If I wait 3-4 mins it will start with no problems. Any Idea what the problem may be? Thanks

  Just wondering if anybody knows if the lovely little Mazda2 is likely to be made available with an automatic or CVT in the near future. Also, has anybody managed to persuade their local, friendly, Mazda dealer to let them have one for a 24 hour (or longer) test drive? Cheers.

  Hi all! I have a mazda 5 Ts2 08(facelift model) 2.0lt petrol which I plan to tow with.I carry in the boot space a fair amount of disability equipment plus a 1000w generator when out with my caravan.I have been told that the suspension on the mazda 5 can be a little soft and that I might need spring assisters.Is this the case and if so what size would I need?

  I would get it for the trade-in price offered by the dealer - it has done just under 20K mls in the 4 years. I have an 9yr old Mazda Xedos6 and it has been nigh perfect in the 8yrs I have had it so my Mazda experiences have so far been 99% positive.

  Hi, The What Car and 4Car site suggest that the new (08) Mazda 6 has Ipod / MP3 jack. I just test drove one but couldn't find it and the dealer didn't seem to know. Can anybody confirm where it is if it is there? Is it an optional extra? Cheers Phil

  i have a mazda 6 54 plate with 42,000 on the clock and my crank shaft has just gone and the whole bottom end of the engine needs to be replaced! its costing me in the region of £4000 d mazda are not going to pay for a penny, its only 8 months out of its warrenty and i think its wrong for it to go on such an early plate. i am trying to fight with mazda and need all teh help i can get, if anyone else has this prb please let me know or can help in anyway. thanks
