04 2.0 big end, crank shaft - gemmakins
i have a mazda 6 54 plate with 42,000 on the clock and my crank shaft has just gone and the whole bottom end of the engine needs to be replaced!
its costing me in the region of £4000 d mazda are not going to pay for a penny, its only 8 months out of its warrenty and i think its wrong for it to go on such an early plate.
i am trying to fight with mazda and need all teh help i can get, if anyone else has this prb please let me know or can help in anyway.

The oil pick-up in the sump blocks and destroys the turbo and the crank and bearings.

Fit a replacement engine. Repairs are not worth the hassle.
