Ford focus/mondeo Volkswagen passat/polo - Advice on what to buy 22 Mar 2013 (Forum)
Hi, I wondered if anyone could give me advice on what to buy with my very limited budget as I am struggling with the advice from friends coming left right and centre! Suggestions so far have been ford or volkswagen, I ideally need an estate or large hatchback. My funds are £2000 but that includes any repairs needed and tax for the vehicle. I am self employed so the car will be a few short visits during the day, 20/30 minute trips a few times a week. -

My car is a 56 plate golf 1.6 FSI with only 6000 miles on the clock. Took it to VW who did diagnostic check (gratis) and confirmed the ABS pump switch fault. -

Hi, I just bought a 2000 Volkswagen Passat 1.9 S TDI 90. The only problem, I think, is that the seatbelt/airbag light on the dash stays on. Now from the manual I know this light should flash for a few seconds when the key is inserted but it stays on all the time. -
