Rare Aston could make £750,000 at auction 2 Jul 2015 (News)
. The sale also includes one of the original ‘hot hatches’ – a 1987 Ford Escort RS Turbo. According to the vendor, apart from the upgraded Scorpion stainless steel exhaust, the car is 100% original, and still has the stereo and cassette holder it was equipped with in the factory. Race Retro: Fantastic Fiats delight Stoneleigh crowds 22 Feb 2014 (News)
Central to the display (above) was a 1974 Abarth Osella PA2, which was raced by Prince Jorge de Bargration of Moukhrani in the European Group 6 2.0-litre Championship. The car currently belongs to Tony Castle-Mille of Middle Barton Garage, who rebuilt and restored the car. The PA2 is now a regular at hill climbs and sprints across the UK and Spain. Other highlights at the Fiat display included three freshly restored 500 Abarths, with a 1964 1600 OT being notable (pictured below). -
Goodwood Festival of Speed: Drive it yourself in Gran Turismo 11 Jul 2013 (News)
What’s more, visitors to the 2013 Festival of Speed will be able to sample a demo of GT6 featuring the hill route and a selection of cars. New network of EV charging points launched 3 Sep 2012 (News)
A new nationwide network of charging points for electric vehicles has been launched, and it allows users to charge their cars on a ‘pay and go’ basis, with no monthly fee, besides a refundable £10 for account activation. Access to the charging points doesn’t require a card – users will instead use an SMS text message to access chargers and to stop and start charge cycles. -
Audi launches business mileage app 12 Jul 2012 (News)
Audi has launched a free iPhone app for company car drivers that uses GPS to precisely calculate journeys and then calculates the expense depending on their mileage per mile rate. The easy to use app is available on iTunes now and lets users enter their mileage rate and then, using real time GPS, logs the length of the journey. -

Ayrton Senna ‘Airfix’ kit to go under the hammer 3 Aug 2011 (News)
A giant Airfix style kit of Ayrton Senna’s MP4/6 F1 car is set to go under the hammer at the Nurburgring on August 13 th . The gigantic model was revealed at the COYS Concours d’Elegance in July, which took place at Blenheim Palace by Senna’s former manager Dennis Rushden. -

MINI Countryman in demand at auction 16 Jun 2011 (News)
The highly sought after MINI Countryman was in demand at Manheim’s all-MINI auction recently, making more than its predicted value. The auction resulted in the sale of 151 cars, with an overall average value of 111% ‘CAP Clean’ – which is the highest value CAP assigns to used cars. The star of the show was a 2010 MINI Cooper S ALL4 Countryman, with 9,832 miles – this achieved 134% of its CAP Clean value in its auction debut. -
Mercedes top for customer satisfaction 1 Mar 2010 (News)
Ranked alongside companies such as John Lewis, Waitrose and Virgin Atlantic, Mercedes scored 82.7 out of 100 marks to be the highest ranked car company in the survey of 26,000 UK consumers. BMW and MINI were next highest of the car companies included with a score of 81.8. Honda, Toyota and Audi were in third, fourth and fifth spots respectively. -
