• Steering Hiss - Mazda 323 15 Jun 2004 (Forum)
  Any other owner of a Mazda 323 (model year 2001) experience a hiss from the steering when turning the wheel a few degrees once the car has warmed through? Mazda UK has already replaced the steering rack and the power steering pump but the problem is still apparent.

  Have a Mazda 5, 2013 with 40,000 miles. Thinking of upgrading to the CX-5, Sport Edition, 2019/20 with about 20,000 miles. They will value my car properly next week, hoping to get just over £5,000. They said as a Mazda owner will get £1000 loyalty, as a Mazda customer.

  Well it's happened to me! Not sure of the resulting damage and cost yet? Likely causes please anyone? Do you think mazda UK should compensate me for this? Any advice would be very much appreciated. Ps:- mazda claim that non manufacturer servicing carried out post warranty expiry could be attributable? If that is the case why aren't I seeing broken down mazdas everywhere?

  Been perusing for new car, liked the look of the mazda 2, had test drive, just about to start thinking about colours and when to order, then yesterday picked up what car which had the new fiesta as a big feature. Really like the look of it especially the interior, question is, is it worth hanging on till this is in the dealers or given that the mazda will have better residuals should I go for that?

  I have a Mazda 2 sport which has 22k on the clock. The DSC light has come on and reading various forums, this is likely to be an expensive trip to the garage. The car is obviously out of warranty. Any advice?

  Hi, I have a Mazda Rx8 192 2004. Recently it has started to have problems starting when the engine is warm. If I wait 3-4 mins it will start with no problems. Any Idea what the problem may be? Thanks

  Just wondering if anybody knows if the lovely little Mazda2 is likely to be made available with an automatic or CVT in the near future. Also, has anybody managed to persuade their local, friendly, Mazda dealer to let them have one for a 24 hour (or longer) test drive? Cheers.

  Hi all! I have a mazda 5 Ts2 08(facelift model) 2.0lt petrol which I plan to tow with.I carry in the boot space a fair amount of disability equipment plus a 1000w generator when out with my caravan.I have been told that the suspension on the mazda 5 can be a little soft and that I might need spring assisters.Is this the case and if so what size would I need?

  I would get it for the trade-in price offered by the dealer - it has done just under 20K mls in the 4 years. I have an 9yr old Mazda Xedos6 and it has been nigh perfect in the 8yrs I have had it so my Mazda experiences have so far been 99% positive.

  Thinking of buying Mazda CX-5. My Mazda 5, was valued at £6000, Thinking of CX-5, about £20,000. Now should I keep my Mazda 5, with 40,000 and get car serviced. I will have to pay monthly for 3-5 years, for a 2018! plate.

  Hi, The What Car and 4Car site suggest that the new (08) Mazda 6 has Ipod / MP3 jack. I just test drove one but couldn't find it and the dealer didn't seem to know. Can anybody confirm where it is if it is there? Is it an optional extra? Cheers Phil

  Could the allignment of the pads and discs be wrong? Any suggestions most welcome! I cannot easily get to a Mazda delear as my local Mazda dealer unexpectedly went out of business.

  i have a mazda 6 54 plate with 42,000 on the clock and my crank shaft has just gone and the whole bottom end of the engine needs to be replaced! its costing me in the region of £4000 d mazda are not going to pay for a penny, its only 8 months out of its warrenty and i think its wrong for it to go on such an early plate. i am trying to fight with mazda and need all teh help i can get, if anyone else has this prb please let me know or can help in anyway. thanks
