  Driving along the A45 just outside of Coventry today when an unmarked BMW 320 estate flashed up with a message “do not overtake” blue and red square lights started to flash. All the traffic slowed and followed this car for 3 miles.

  Driving the golf will accellerate as normal but frquently just dies and accelleration is none existent. When I pull over switch off the engine and then restart all appears well for a while days can pass.

• DRLs / parking lights - VW Up 13 Jan 2017 (Forum)
  Can anyone explain the DRL / parking light bulbs on the VW Up 2014 model ?   The same tungsten bulb seems to be used as a daytime driving light and as a parking light.   Does it have a double filmament or does it work at a lower voltage when used as a parking light ? Are the bulbs easy to change ?

  I will be taking the car in to the garage for check and any necessary work but would like some ideas before going. I have become aware of a 'whirring' (fairly faint) from the engine when driving.  If I depress the clutch it stops.  Any suggestions of cause appreciated.

  A traffic light would be safer. Many drivers of all ages just drive straight over mini roundabouts anyway. PLUS-with mini roundabouts attached to a big roundabout( eg Hemel Hempstead's magic roundabout) you can go round either(both) ways. Car crash.

  hello My Clio 2 1.5 DCI has got a problem when you start the engine it smokes grey but when you are driving it smokes black and grey The old engine got broken so I had to replace it It doesn't burn oil

  Noticed the other day that when i depress the clutch, there is, what only can be described as a whirring/whining noise. As soon as the clutch is released the noise stops - gear changes are still smooth and driving isn't affected. Any ideas??

  expasion tank water is cold even though the engine is warm have just flushed it through temp gauge riseing when driving but not while its standing can somebody help

  i did a speed awareness course in may 2013,and i just been pulled for overtaking a learner driver,(i wasnt speeding as the learner was only doing 18mph) im being done for driving without reasonable consideration,would a course be offered or are the on the same time scale as speed awareness (3 yr)? or is it a different course?

  hi folks, i have a 53 plate caddy sdi thats just started losing power on roundabouts or quick turns. once in straight line picks up and drives normaly.  Fuel filter recently changed. strange one can anyone help
