  On both the east and west bound A27 at Havant three yellow roadside structures have appeared about a quarter of a mile apart from each other now fitted with two cameras pointed at both lanes currently covered up, any idea what the purpose is??? Richard Price

  Hi Can anyone help? Bus lane cameras, especially in London. Some friends came over from the north of England to visit us on 13/03/04. They got lost and mistakenly went down about 20 yards of a bus lane at about 21:00 hours and were caught on camera - NOT by the bog standard cameras you get on the road side that are coloured grey but a camera placed high up on a lamp post on the far side of the road judging by the picture they have sent me.

  Can any one point in the direction of the specification for the distance between the sensors 1 and 3 out of the 4 sensors embeded in the road surface before a Truvelo Camera. I've search the net but the figures vary between 1.53 and 1,62 metres. The distance to the secondary markers at 1.8 metres appears fixed. Peter D

  Just for general info. There are Specs Cameras on the Northampton ring road, I've only been there in the dark so can't comment on the signage, Also the stretch of the A14 from Alconbury to Cambridge is a Specs area (about 10 miles) but very clearly signed all the way.

  Hi all,    Just wanted to know if any of you have seen the new yellow HADECS 3 cameras hanging to the left of the overhead gantry on the M25 junction 15 heading towards Heathrow about a mile before heathrow.  Has anyone been flashed here?  I think I was flashed on the very early morning of 20th Feb but I think this camera also flashes when no one is there.

  On the approach to the westbound toll booths there is a 50 mph limit and then a sign saying 30 in the toll area. Those nice safety camera people are stationing a camera van up on the bridge in the 50mph zone, so all be careful. Spotted it when driving eastbound and looked for it westbound when returning from Bristol, but very much out of site west bond as is "hidden" as way over on the left, Take care all and safe driving!
