  Hi there, I am thinking of upgrading my car to a newer/less milage model and am undecided between the Audi & BMW. I currently have an Audi A3 54 reg, and although I like the A3, part of me would like a change as this is my 2nd A3. I am wondering whether to consider a BMW 1 series.

  I read reviews of Audi cars in various places including 'What Car' and they always go on about the build quality of the interiors of Audi's. What i cannot understand is that if the interior is beautifully built,with quality materials, then why arn't Audi's at the top of the reliability surveys?

  Does anyone know where I can obtain the 17" wheels my S4 handbook says I should use for winter tyres, but according to my Audi deale,r  Audi refuses to import suitable steel 17" wheels into the UK. Specialist winter tyre dealers tell me that due to the size of the brakes on an S4 I cannot just buy any old 17" wheels of the correct stud spacings.

  I've just heard today of an instance where the buyer of a new aluminium Audi A2 had intended to have a towbar fitted afterwards in view of the price being asked by Audi for this. He then learned too late that, not only could an independent shop not do this, a towbar can only be supplied by Audi as a factory fitted option.

  Does anyone out there have any advice about the reliability of Audi air suspension? My company 2.7TDI Avant has done 50k totally relaible miles across europe, much of it pulling a caravan - but should I worry about the suspension if I buy it from the company??

  My tt is a 2001 225hp, had problems with starting, dials not working then suddenley working, spoken to audi, they believe its the dashpod, been a problem with them from the start, offered a FREE replacement, only ever had a free car wash before and that was only after a large bill.

  Hi i have narrowed my choices down to Audi A1 1.2 TFSI petrol or the Polo 1.2 TSI petrol , i have noticed the Audi engine is 84/4800 bhp/rpm and the Polo is 103/5000 bhp/rpm which engine would suit a hilly terrain ? , i am asking this because where we live i will always be travelling down hill and reverse on the way home approx 3miles down to flat motorways
