  Over the last couple of days the car is blowing out white smoke even when up to temperature. Oil and water levels are fine. Is it safe to continue driving?

  I have the above car and have a problem with the clutch. The pedal went to the floor clutch cable and stayed there, and cant drive it as I can't put it in gear, if it was a Ford it would be the clutch cable but a Citroen! Who knows?

  Any comments on the life of the front tyres on a 1.25 Ford Fiesta ? The first set (from new) have lasted about 14k miles. I know a lot depends on driving style and correct pressures but just wondered if 14k is a reasonable average ? Mike.

  Hi my friend has a Brava 1.9 diesel on a N plate. The glow plug heater light flashes for about 60 seconds and goes off . car drives ok. any ideas on the problem? thanks

  Drove a new Golf today for a while and used its cruise control for quite a way on the A12. Whilst driving though I was thinking i've absolutly no idea how it works so could someone explain in great detail cruise controls innermost workings?

  I have a 2005 ford mondeo TDCI, when driving at high speed the wheel shakes ever so slightly and when braking from high speed the wheel shakes a little more noticeably. Now, is this due to dodgy disks or tracking out of alignment?

  If you back off the throttle then accelerate again it has an annoying jerkiness. Not a problem when driving at a steady speed but noticeable at each gear change. Any ideas?

  Looking on Black Circles website for a new set of tyres for my Zafira, and there's plenty of choice around the £50 - £60 a corner mark. I find it a pretty bouncy vehicle to drive anyway, but can the make of tyre make any difference to this? (195 65 R15 btw )

  Any BRoomers bought one of these new Yaris as yet, - have been waiting for H.J`s test drive appraisal and was wondering if that was on the near horizon or not??? Test reports from some of the motoring magazines have commented positively, but slated the very high pricing.
