  Has been back into Renault to be diagnosed but no faults are stored. The Renault handbook states the vehicle should not start with the red light on (which it doesn?t for us) , however the Renault technician said it would start with the red light on and low and behold it did but alas never to happen again.

  Think is the bespoke naure of the Renault Sports is Very mouthwatering. They are made in their own small factory apparently like much more expensive cars.

  I don't want to get into a major legal battle with Renault as thats a waste of my time and energy. Why is such a large company like Renault with all their multi-million flashy ad's quibling over a tiny blister on the painwork?? I have called Renault head office already, and found that to be futile.

  This would appear to be a gift from Renault design. (I have read of similar incidents that appear to be difficult to get Renault to accept liability) The clutch has been very soft for some weeks and has been \"drained/bled\" by the garage and that restored the \"ooh we have a clutch\" feeling for about a week - with the clutch rising after being depressed.

  Daughter is driving a 52 reg Clio as a first car, complete with dead stereo. Does anyone know if a later, single DIN, unit from a Renault will pair to the existing wiring. It’d be good to have a unit to have Bluetooth compatibility, not so much to use hands free as to stream music.

  Has anyone here any current or recent experience of running a Renault/Nissan with a DPF equipped 1.5dci? It’s a fifth injector set up, so regen diesel injection can’t dilute the engine oil, and I’m looking for real world experience of the frequency of regenerations.

  I was idly looking at a Renault outlet and saw a Clio 2 litre with a few extras almost making a ticket price of 20k. Is it me being behind the times or is  this price far too much?  looked a nice car but 20k? What else could you get with 20k?

  Its a Renault Clio 1.4 of about 1998 vintage. Belt has snapped. Car is worth pink fluffy dice all, maybe £800 . Whats the likely damage and is it worth fixing ?

  I heard a story today about a £300 Renault clutch slave cylinder. Apparently the master, slave and intermediate pipe are one-piece with no bleed screw. Do other BRs know about this, or is it another rumour to put me off PSA?

  i have a renault scenic 98 , the problem is that the rear doors and the boot wont open, wether the the buttons are up or down, wont even open from the inside, any suggestions? the central locking seems to work on the other doors fine,

  The gearstick on my Renault Scenic is all over the place! It's as if a gearbox/engine mount is loose. It seems to move forwards and backwards when you accel/deccel,and also moves when idling. Any clues what has happened? Is this common?

  I have a 1999 Renault Laguna which sits low at the rear.This condition is made worse when carrying luggage etc. Can the torsion bars be adjusted at all or will they need replacing and if so, how much should i be prepared to pay?

  My bonnet has stuck down on my Renault Laguna 2000 model,when i pull the handle to relaese the bonnet nothing happens. Can anyone advise if i can fix it my self or is it a garage job P.S i'm not know for my handyman skills.
