renault scenic rear doors wont open

renault scenic rear doors wont open - stumped
i have a renault scenic 98 , the problem is that the rear doors and the boot wont open, wether the the buttons are up or down, wont even open from the inside, any suggestions? the central locking seems to work on the other doors fine,

Sounds like the child locks are activated on the rear doors, which is why you can't open them from the inside.
Did the boot and doors not opening happen at the same time? Had any work carried out on the central locking system recently?
