does any one know why the speedo does not work on my renault kangoo 2000, i have already replaced the speedo sensor, but still does not work. any ideas

The speed signal is networked from the sensor to the engine management and the pod on an F8Q 662 and through the ECU to the pod on an F8Q 630.
Check that you are getting a pulse on pod pin 23 [F8Q 662] or get the live data examined to see if the ECU is reading it OK.
Failing wiring looms are very common; so never overlook the possibility of corroded cables.
