  Mercedes Benz is introducing a new range of Low CO2 four cylinder petrol engines in its C Class, at the same recently revised prices as their higher CO2 predecessors. The new TWINPULSE engines will be available in C Class Estates and Sports Coupés from July, and in C Class Saloons from September.

  £1.77m worth of classic cars sold at auction 3 Feb 2015 (News)
  Two rare Scootacars were hammered away at £22,050 and £28,350 while a 1955 Bond MkC Tourer that needed a small amount of finishing off was bought for £4620. ACA favourites from BMW and Mercedes-Benz enjoyed plenty of enthusiastic bidding, with a no-reserve 1971 Mercedes-Benz 350SL good enough to make £4,935. A 1969 280SL was good enough to make £58,800, showing that interest in the Benz boulevardier hasn’t slackened off after last year’s dramatic interest rise.

  Dramatic fall in the number of UK vehicle thefts 24 Apr 2015 (News)
  According to Tracker, the BMW X5 has been the most stolen car in the UK for the last six years running, with the Mercedes-Benz C-Class making the top three for the last two years. BMWs made up five of the top ten most stolen spots in 2013, while only two – the X5 and M3 – made the list in 2014, which was dominated by Mercedes-Benz.
