  Hi. My nissan serena is leaking clutch fluid from driveshaft apparently the big black pipe and apparently cannot be fixed. Is there anything I can do to sort this. Thanks

  Does anyone tow a double horsetrailer and horse with a Nissan X-trail 2.2 diesel. Looking at the specs it would seem to be feasible. If so, what is it like if you have to park in a field?

  I have recently bought a 2001 Nissan X Trail 2.2 Sport and took it to my local garage for a oil change. Whilst there they said it needed a new near side front coil spring so they replaced it for me. I then got a tow bar fitted at another garage and when I collected the car they told me that the new spring was unsafe to drive with as it was not original and had only 3 coils, where as the original Nissan spring has 5 coils.

  Hi, We have a Nissan Micra 2003 which I believe is a K12. We bought Bosch 522 spark plugs as recommended by Halfords. After changing them the car starts but over and under revs. The engine shook pretty badly and things didn't seem right so we obviously turned it off.

  If I try to push past it it revs up slowly and eml pops on until change gear and it goes off.   Nissan fault codes 21 and 31 are present. When the missfire occurs it smokes quite a lot I think it's gray smoke but hard to tell in the rear view mirror     Any terrano/maverick experts???

  Hello all, I have been struck with the famous Nissan micra k12 power steering problem. The red light is on and the power steering is gone. I have yet to diagnose it as this just happened today Sunday and garages will be closed. Anyways, I have a few questions.
• Renault Espace (2002 - ) - Is the auto box a Renault or Nissan unit ? 3 Feb 2014 (Forum)
  Is the auto gear box on the current Renault Espace {2002 on}, Renault or Nissan?. We are looking for a 3 year old {2005 approx} , 3.5 petrol Renault Grand Espace. The 3.5 pertol engine is a Nissan {as in the 350z}, but is the box Nissan too? I've read many tales of Renault auto boxes going 'south' and indeed many a Renault 2.2 and 3.0 diesel's top end self destructing, plus turbo and fuel pump probs too.

  This morning, after having driven 30 miles and parked, my 2009 Nissan Micra Visia wouldn't start. I turned the key but there were no electrics - no display, no radio, no electric windows - no engine turn over - nothing. However with the key in the on position, gradually the display flickered and more and more electrics came back. 90 minutes later the radio returned and the car turned over but wouldn't catch.
• Nissan Primera P12 - Centre Pipe exhaust gasket - Nissan Quoted me £30 23 Sep 2011 (Forum)
  The gasket is supposed to be the one which looks like a metal braided gasket. I can't find one anywhere. I called Nissan and they want £30 for it!!!! I also need one of the bolts with the springs where I was quoted £6.00 and thats not including the VAT. Can anyone advise me where I can get this cheaper? Someone out there must know.

  Hi After a bit of advice about my 2008 Nissan Note 1600 Auto, done about 25k.  About 3 months ago it started making a squeeling fan belt noise.  The dealer sorted out new auxillary belt under warranty, and was serviced at the same time.

  Hi Guys. My wifes Nissan has had a intermittent problem that now seems permanent. The engine light flashes, the engine starts, runs for a few seconds, then cuts out. I did the self diagnostic thing and the ECU gave me error codes 141 & 143 (14 long and 1/3 short flashes)....
• Nissan Note (2006 - ) - 09 1.5 MP3 Player Connection 4 Feb 2010 (Forum)
  I have a Nissan Note Connect 2009 with an MP3 connection. When I plug my Sandisk Sansa Clip+ into the Note the system only recognises it about 1 time in 10. Its been to the Nissan dealer who said my Mp3 will not be recognised on another car ; but his mechanics MP3 player was instantly recognised on my car.

  I notice a dealer in Scotland selling Nissan Tiida 1.6 with warranty until Mar 2012 at 8995. Not that I am looking atone, but there is no mention of this car on Nissans website, so where are they coming from? As far as I was aware they were not sold in Europe at all.

  I have checked Nissan manual and they saying that to replace water pump engine need to be removed. Is that correct? Did anyone replace water pump in this model?

  Hi, Hope I'm in the right forum for this! Does anyone have any opinions or experience with either the Toyota Auris (TR grade) or Nissan Note (Tekna grade)? Which car would you recommend if you had to make a choice? Are there better cars in the same bracket as these? Right now I'm leaning towards the Nissan, but I've read a few user replies at whatcar.com and some people are not happy the experiences they have had.

  Do Nissan gearboxes have any codes on them anywhere which would tell us what cars we could fit it on? I bought a gearbox for Almera quite a while ago but it never fit on it so its lying in my garage but I would like to sell it on ebay or wherever but I don't know what engine sized Nissan Almera/Primera it'll fit on.
