  • Which cars cause fewest complaints? 13 Mar 2007 (Forum)
For me, I do 20,000 a year so need a diesel (knocks out Subaru) and something that holds its value (Citroen and Vauxhall don't look good on this front). So does my next car need to be a Mazda or a Skoda, or have I missed anything out?

  • Berlingo MUltispace/Partner Combi 25 Nov 2002 (Forum)
Anyway, we reckoned that among new cars (not really out bag, but hey), the Berlingo/Partner would be a good replacement. Apart from the fact that the Citroen dealer was completely uninterested in selling us a Berlingo, I'm not sure the Citroen deal is as good as it looks. The Pug Partner Combi HDI is more expensive, but the basic model comes with more gizmos, and cheaper add-ons (nearly £200 less to add ABS).
  • Who should foot the bill? 5 Nov 2002 (Forum)
Before tackling the garage head-on, I'd appreciate any thoughts on where I stand. I'd quite like to walk away from this garage with my £750 refunded and hand the car over to Citroen UK for examination. The garage will, I'm sure, argue that the £750 is a valid payment for the time and materials they spent trying to fix the problem, even though they proved unsuccessful.

  • Renault Laguna V6 3.0 Privilege 12 Dec 2014 (Forum)
Tell me; a) Why they're so cheap 5k, 36,000 miles. b) Why I shouldn't get one. I only ask because Renaults seem more reliable than Citroens and Peugeots but maybe I've been in the lucky ones. Cheers
  • Volkswagen Caravelle - Wolfhound 5 Apr 2014 (Forum)
Suggestions for a good build quality model with sliding side door giving access to lots of space with a flat floor please ? Caravelle looks good but it's huge (like the dog). Peugeot Partner of Citroen Berlingo look a bit small.
