  BMW M635 CSI goes for record £100,100 at auction 4 Apr 2017 (News)
  The highly original, manual gearbox car had covered only 15,300 miles in the hands of just two owners and was subject to a long bidding war between buyers in the room and over the phone. Another 80s BMW, a 1985 BMW 635 (E24) CSI Coupe, reportedly one of the best experts at the auction house have ever seen, was also a hit with buyers, selling for £31,900 – more than double its lower estimate.

  A collector has consigned eight microcars to Historics 26th November Classic Car Auction at Mercedes Benz World, Weybridge and these include four BMW Bubblecars. Star of the show is this rare and valuable twin-cylinder 1958 BMW 600 'Limousine'. The model was built from 1957 to 1959 using parts from the Isetta bubblecar and the 582cc flat-twin engine from BMW's R67 motorcycle delivering just under 20HP.

  Alfa Romeo Giulia launched 15 Sep 2015 (News)
  High performance variants will get a steering wheel mounted starter switch, while a central rotary dial will operate the infotainment in a similar fashion to BMW’s iDrive. Like the Jaguar XE, the Giulia boasts a curved bonnet, narrow sweptback headlights and Alfa Romeo’s trademark V-shaped grille. The front of the car also carries large air intakes, while the sharp lines and coupe styled rear features a large spoiler.

  Ford Premier Division's Land Rover has announced prices for its new, monocoque-bodied, BMW powered Range Rovers. Power outputs are 210kW (282bhp) for the 4.4 litre BMW petrol V8 and 130kW (174bhp) for the 3.0 litre BMW Td6 diesel. Prices for the petrol V8s are either £7,000 or £8,000 more than for the diesels.
