• Renault Scenic wipers 28 Oct 2004 (Forum)
  On intermittant they run constantly for several wipes then stop mid-screen, putting switch in off position, they continue to wipe, back to normal wipe they stop when they want to. Argh. Local Renault dealer says "might be switch, might be relay" and won't give me even an idea of cost of repair. Sounds too much like "please enclose blank cheque". Any ideas out there?

  Hi there, I have a Renault Clio 1997 1.2RN. I am currently having problems with it not starting up until the 5-6th attempt, it ticks over but dont fire up. Also, sometimes when Im sitting in traffic or at the lights the engine cuts out unless I continue to rev it.

  i have a problem with my renault espace although i have cured the starting fault by replacing several parts it now refuses to run correctly, the revs keep dropping and then it will lose all power and stall. not amusing doing 70+mph on the autobahne with a truck up your backside. can anyone help please?

  I am somewhat annoyed at Renault UK for their inability to provide common spares for the Espace. I was involved in an accident in May this year and 7 months later I am still waiting for an interior pannel with no explanation as to the delay or why.

• Renault Scenic Hissing from under Brake 17 Aug 2014 (Forum)
  I discovered a set of Bellows mounted behind the Brake pedal, had a gentle fiddle and was satisfied that the Bellows were leaking. Interestingly enough Renault Workshop claim that it is the Servo unit that is at fault and requires replacement and could take around 5 hours. On this basis they will not release the vehicle as it is considered unsafe. I'm not certain that I had been told the truth and wondered whether somebody out there could advise me.
