  hi all im new just been asked if any one on site knows of a web site for van parts just that my mate has a 51 plate renault master van which just had rebuilt gasket cam belt pison every thing done and now turbo as gone but he cant aford a new one .... so any help would be thanked for ......

  I do like the colour of the Grand Scenic in the Road Test - just the same colour as Dad's old Renault 16TS way back when. One question. Does the new Scenic have a spare wheel (even just a spacesaver) or do the folding rear seats condemn it to a can of gunk and compressor like the S-Max? C4 Grand Picassos (without air suspension) manage a spare.

  i have a renault megan 1.6 16 v on a 03 plate and the cam belt has snapped. It went at low speed. Please can you give me an idea on the amount of damage this would cause and if possible a ball park figure i can expect to pay.

  hi could anyone pls tell me how to change the timing belt tensioner on renault master 2.5 how do you remove them from water pump can you do them in situ do they press out do they come with a new water pump any info thanks ewes {awaiting confirmation of year, etc by email - now added, obviously}

  Hi, anybody know if a renault 19 engine is the same as the one in a 1.9D 2000 Kangoo as my neighbour suggested? (I am searching the 'net for info about my overheating kangoo) Also- any ideas how much it would cost to have the gasket replaced at an independant garage?

  My RENAULT ESPACE SPECIAL EDITIONS 2.2 dCi The Race keeps cutting out when braking and turning corners. I often have problems starting the engine. It's had the cam/crank sensor replaced recently but still the problem keep occuring.

  Renault Master van Can anyone help with this please. Van accelerates ok up to 2500 rpm, then goes flat and struggles to rev any higher. You can coax it up to 3000 rpm, which can take a while, and then it accelerates ok.

  My renault espace deisel. When starting smokes (blue white)and misses for 20 minutes, and then goes perfectly all day. Have checked the EGR valve and no problem there. Checked the cylinder head and ok. Looks like the automatic choke is stikking, but I dont think this has one?

  the motor on the drivers side electric window has broken a local garage informed me for it to be replaced it needs to be a genuine renult clio part which will cost 171+vat and labour equating to a cost around £250+. Do i need a genuine part of would any renault or other car window motor work?

  Surely a 1994 registered car would need a cat to pass the CAT test on the MOT, and they didn't make an Renault 5s with cats did they? Thsi isn't keeping me awake at night, but it did arouse my curiosity ;-)

  Is it possible to make the HID lights fitted to Renaults dip for continental driving? I know that some makes have a lever on the back of the fitting but I can't see any obvious thing on my Clio 3. I intend to drive at night both laden and unladen and the self levelling device makes a mockery of ant attempt to accurately blank out light with tape.

  Apparently Fiat sales went from 7.x% to 8.2% in the 1st 3 mths of 2007. Renault did the opposite going from 9.2% to 8.3% Renault Vs Fiat = draw (1st for many a long year) Demand for Meganes & Clios Falling - Grand Puntos on the way up! Are Euro people abanding Renaults as unreliable and buying Fiats hoping for better?

  We own a Kangoo which is just out of warranty as a "doggy waggon" and intend to keep it as long as possible. I was thinking of changing the gearbox oil at 40k intervals but am unsure about what to use. Renault only specify a particular Elf brew or would a good synthetic brew with to GL5 standard of the same be a better bet? I have used Ovoline synthetic in my Land-Rover box with very good results.

  Afternoon, I have recently brought a Renault 19 1.4 and have been noticing an intermittent judder which feels like an engine misfire or a poor connection in the ignition system. The problem is more pronounced at high speeds (50mph+). I have replaced the rotor arm, dist. cap, HT leads and spark plugs but the problem is still there.

  The yellow glowplug preheater light of our Renault Scenic 1.9DCi keeps coming on while the car is being driven. Additionally, my wife has noticed that the car has less power than normal. Are these two matter srelated and what could it be. The yellow preheater light has two symbols but I do not have an owenrs manual for the car to find out what they both mean.

  Is there a straightforward was of resetting the service computer on a 2004 Megane Scenic that is fairly easy. Its due its first service and after hearing the quote from Renault for what they do, will get it sorted elsewhere, but would like to know if this can be doen easily. I have heard that there is a way by holding the trip button down on the speedo then turning the engine on - does this work on the Scenic!

  Hi, I'm bringing together evidence for a possible legal action against Renault. I've been sold two Espaces with the same rust problem on the window frames. Because the window frames are made of un - galvanized mild steel, they are bound to rust as they have no protection at all.

  I have a Renault Laguna 2.0L 16v 98 volvo lump NQ7 or N7Q, I have had the exhaust replaced after the cat secton, as it was blowing a little.The fuel consumption has gone out the roof,this was the case before the replacement exhaust. its doing something like low 20's. which is alarming.

  I bought a Cat D Renault Clio about a year ago not really thinking about the consequences of when I come to sell it. Its a 52 reg and I paid £4200 for it. I saw the car before it was repaired and it was minimal, the boot of the car was bumped, it looks perfect now.
