  My daughter's car (2010 Renault Modus with 90,000 miles in very good condition) has been scratched by another car - she got the details. If she makes a claim against the other driver's insurance, I am concerned it might affect her insurance premium when she renews, as she will been "involved in an accident" (however minor, and not her fault).

  Long anticipated first time in and drive today of the new Renault 5. I wanted one before I saw it, and that desire has now increased. I’ve only driven it for 20 minutes, in a test track environment, but I’ll be spending longer in one in February. I think it’s a design joy, with enough details to recall the original 5, but not so much to be a pastiche of the 1970’s classic.

  I need to do an ECU swap on a clio 1.5dci (delphi)   I can download the old units data with clip and upload to the new unit but this does not transfer the immo coding so it won't start. Renault state that the ecu cant be have this data re-written but I'm hearing that it can be done although no one can tell me how !

  Hi I have just recently bought a Renault Grand Scenic which did not come with a radio code. I have now got this but it will only switch on when the lights are either switched on or come on automatically. Can anyone give me some idea of why it's doing this and what I can do to remedy the problem.

  It just behaves as if I have moved the stalk to the slow wash wipe. I have changed the wiper motor on the advice of a local renault garage, but it has made no difference.could it be the relay, and if so ,where is it sited, or how can I find out it's location

  hi i having problems with me renault clio 1.4 16v it miss firing and as i' am in motion the car will cut off and after a few times trying to start it then it will start but the miss fireing will still be there not much power as well..i have done a service changed oil,oil filter, fuel filter, plugs, air filter please could you help.

  hi got a 03 renault laguna 1.9 dci and was running ok when it suddenly went in to limp mode and  fuel injection fault warning came on , put on code reader and just came up with glow plug fault and that was all , unpluged sensor on drvers side strut top that has two pipes to it and it ran bit better but not perfect has any body got any ideas plz

  I see from the "News" columns at the side of this forum that Renault are about to unleash a new improved Laguna upon the world. I wonder if the total number of sales in the UK will get into double figures this time. IThe Mk1 seemed to do pretty well, and there still seem to be quite a few Mk2s around; but how may Mk3s do  you ever see?

  I bought a renault laguna a couple of days ago, and as i started it up and pulled away yesterday morning there was a constant ticking sound coming from the engine. It hasn't affected the power or performance of the car at the moment was wondering if theres anyone who can give me a rough idea of what the problem could be.

  Hi I took my car to renault garage for m.o.t. and service and it failed the m.o.t. because the two front coil springs were broken. I have been quoted £346 for their replacement and told the car would have to be retested. Does this seem a reasonable price for this type of job?

  I wonder if anyone on the forum has used or subscribed to Renault's Infotech website. I still cannot get the Kangoo 1.9 D started, and have a hunch it's related to the stop solenoid, whether immobiliser related or other. I need a wiring diagram and operational overview to try and fathom it.

  have a 2003 Renault Clio Dynamique. I have a digital display on the dashboard and the temperature seems to have gone wrong. No matter what the weather is outside cold or warm the temperataures are always in the 20's and 30's.
