  i have a 1985 nissan 300c starts fine ,sometimes it will die after a min or so and then becomes difficult to start just have to keep revving engine for a while and it then runs ok any ideas pls

  i want to change the oil in the gearbox of my nissan micra k11. it is a manual gearbox with a 1 L engine. Should i be looking at gear oils or transmission oils. what is the difference between these two oils.

  Does anybody know if it's possible to adjust the rear wheel camber on a Nissan Micra, please? I'm interested because one of my wheels seems to be at a sharper angle than the other.

  L-reg Nissan Micra has soaking carpets in driver's footwell. I've had the carpet up but there's no obvious point of ingress for the water and no sign of corrosion underneath. Has anyone else encountered this phenomenon?

  Hi John, am glad i found you. i have a nissan Xtrail 2002, i changed the Air filter sensor not to long ago and after that it developed a problem. When i start, it goes off after a few second .after 3 4 times starting it starts , but the moment i engage in Drive or reverse it goes off. again you try 3 t o 4 times, then it engages and when it responds it is slow to pick up with a lot of misfiring there after it gets ok. i tried changing the plugs, cleaned the throttle body but all in vain. when put on a diagnostic machine no error is being recorded.

  I have a 2000 (X) Nissan Almera 2.2SE diesel.  All been fine until roday on the way to work.  I had a battery warning light appear on the dash.  No unusual noises, no other lights.  As I wasn't too far away I carried on with caution.

  Hi, I have a Nissan Navara 2.5 which is failing to start, the engine turns over but there is a stored fault code "E1 NATS Malfunction"  I suspect the immobiliser unit is not picking up the transponder signal from the key or it is not signalling the engine ECU with the correct information?

  I have a query relating to my and my wife's cars. We have 2 cars, a Seat and a Nissan. The Seat is in Mrs Joe's name and is insured by her, fully comp with me as a named driver. The Nissan is in my name and is insured by me (fully comp), with her as a named driver. Trouble is, she hardly ever drives the Seat and prefers the Nissan.

  Nissan said I couldn't do this. On 30 September they told me the car was ready to collect. They have not provided me with a work sheet or told me what was wrong. I have asked DEKRA to carry out an independent report before acceping the car back - surprise surprise Nissan have said they don't care about the independent report.
