  Do BMW do a 4wd version of any of their saloons or estates, not counting the X3 or X5. As I have seen 2 or 3 BMWs with an X at the end. One of these was an old 7 series, L reg and it was right hand drive and the other was a 5-series estate, also right hand drive.

  The main output shaft and selector shaft oil seals have been leaking and have been replaced by the main dealer. The car has covered 61,500 miles and has full BMW service history. This seems a very short life for the seals. Am I being unreasonable to expect much longer life in a quality car?

  Saw an E reg BMW 325i in a car park recently, in good nick. I think the 325i was a the top end of the 3-series performance-wise. Its tyres were R14, and 60 profile. Forgot to check the width, but looked like today's London cabs, I'd guess about 195.

  Hi, I'm hoping some of your knowledgeable people will be able to offer me some advice. I'm looking at buying a 2001 BMW 320 ci convertible, it's only done a genuine 28k, and seems to be very clean. It's going for £6k which I think is reasonable. Is there anything specific I should look out for? problems that may manifest due to age rather than milage?
