smooth,comfortable and quiet cruiser.
Much different from my last toyota a 1.4d Yaris the Auris has taken a little getting used to.
Deceptively agile this car is at its best cruising on the motorway at seventy plus where it easily returns 60+mpg. It is smart and comfortable inside and is ideal for longer journeys.
I have read about excess noise in this car but in mine all is quiet.
The car is happy to trundle around town but here the economy figures are optimistic and the 6 speed gearbox has to be worked.
I like this car a lot and find it to be a very fine mode of transport and very relaxing to drive - maybe not for the boy racer , although its no slouch either , it suits me just fine.
