Superb

Traded in a Toyota MR2 1.8 Roadster to buy the i10 and have not missed the performance one little bit.
The i10 feels quick, even though it isn't which is a neat trick, and is also quite good fun to drive around the lanes.
Steep inclines can be quite a revy affair due to wide spacing of the gears, but in every other environment, it feels smooth and quite refined, although sometimes you're reminded this is a budget car when the road get's a bit pot holed and it crashes over the bumps.
Economy is a bit disappointing.
I'm getting 47mpg on my 20 mile round trip to work through town, which is way off the manufacturers claims, but acceptable.
Interestingly, this does not improve that much on a long sustained speed motorway trip, where at between 60 - 70 mph I can only just squeeze 50mpg out of it.
Speaking of motorways, at 70mph the car feels planted, and fairly quiet, and there is plenty in reserve, meaning you don't have to wait for the gap the size of an airfield for getting past slower moving traffic.
A couple of very minor niggles were sorted out by my dealer promptly and efficiently, and on the whole, the car has been very easy to live with.
It recently doubled up as a van when I was moving house and I was amazed how much stuff I could get in the back with seats down.
I think the high roof helps here.
I bought the i10 because it was the best for room and equipment.
Adults can actually sit comfortably in the back of this car with plenty of head / leg room, which is more than can be said for some other cars I tried.
All in all a very good little car that does the job just as well if not better than cars costing thousands more.
