Skoda lures company car drivers with new editions

Published 06 February 2015

Skoda is offering a high-specification Business edition in the Superb range to attract more company car drivers to the range.

The Superb SE Business now comes with full leather upholstery and heated front seats as standard with no increase in price over the SE.

Skoda says the additions provide £1,605-worth of added features, but for drivers choosing them, there would be no higher BIK tax to pay over the standard SE.

Equipment already includes 17-inch alloy wheels, sat nav, DAB radio, dual-zone air-con, power-fold door mirrors, cruise control, trip computer, Bluetooth and an umbrella in the rear door.

The Superb is due for replacement later this year, but the current model still offers class-leading space and luggage capacity.

Patrick McGillycuddy, head of fleet for Skoda, saidd: "The addition of full leather upholstery and heated front seats as standard to the popular Superb SE Business model reinforces Skoda’s commitment to providing business drivers with very well equipped, efficient and capable company cars."
