Should I swap my BMW 535d Touring for 530d Touring?

I'm thinking of swapping my 2011 535d BMW Touring M Sport, that has done 111,000 (on 19-inch wheels), for a 2011 530d BMW Touring SE that's done 98,000 (on 18-inch wheels). They have almost identical spec (pano roof on both, same colour light leather). I've been offered £500 plus the 530d car for my 535d from a dealer. I'm changing as I do 24,000 miles a year and need better economy (but still want 6 cylinders). Does this seem a reasonable deal and will economy be better (it's the newer engine in the 530d) or am I mad?

Makes sense, particularly to rid yourself of the purgatory of the hard-riding and expensive to replace 19-inch tyres.
