Is £6700 a good price for this Volkswagen Polo?

I passed my test a week ago, and my very kind grandmother has offered to buy me a car to reduce the blow of the costs associated with being a new driver, which is fantastic. She knows a chap from a Volkswagen dealership in Altrincham who has a nippy little Polo for sale with a price tag of £6700. It's a 1.2, 2007 3-door model. Is this a fair price?

It's not a very good car and not a very good price. For that you could get a brand new Citroen C1 in a lower insurance group and with a three-year warranty, or a Toyota Aygo with a five-year warranty.
