Winter Tyres and Insurers

Following the horror-story reports of insurers charging extra premiums when notified that people fit winter tyres and wheels, thought I'd just add a bit of good news.

When I rang Mercedes' insurers (Aviva) to tell them that I'd put winter tyres and wheels on my C Class, they gave me a 5% refund.

How refreshingly sensible!
