  • 2019 A3 Tfsi - Audi service 15 Jun 2022 (Forum)
I collected my car from the local Audi dealer after its three year service and first MOT. Next day I drove 170 miles to visit relatives and returned today, three days later. On my return I lifted the bonnet to replenish the windscreen washer and check the oil and found that the engine cover was missing and the battery terminal covers were adrift.
  • Can I check my insurance claim history? 15 Mar 2017 (Forum)
I insure three cars for myself and the family.   Over the years, I've made a few (about 4 or 5?) claims for minor damage usually involving wing mirrors / vandalism / windscreen.   Every time I shop around for insurance, I get asked how many claims I've made in the last 3 or 5 or 7 years.
  • Citroen Xsara 1.4 1999 V-reg mk1 - my heater is very loud on 3 & 4 & hardly blows air 13 Dec 2011 (Forum)
hi, i was just wondering how much it will cost me to get my 1999 citroen xsara serviced coz a spanner symbol has appeared on the display near the mileage but it disappears a few seconds after i start the car. and also when i turn the heater on 3 and 4 it is very noisy and loud like a really loud humming noise, its okay on 1 and 2 settings but 3 and 4 are rather loud plus there is not much air coming up through the dashboard onto the windscreen or anywhere so the window steams up most times. It does not have AC (i don't think) thank you for your help.

  • Citroen Berlingo Multispace (1998 - 2010) - 2005 2.0 Towbar Wiring - access to battery 21 Jul 2008 (Forum)
I am just fitting a towbar and vehicle specific wiring kit to my 2005 Multispace. The wiring kit was easy up until the part where the instructions said to route a wire to the front of the car and connect it to the battery. I managed to get the wire as far as the front passenger footwell using the existing channel located on the n/s under the plastic floor trim, but I cannot find anyway to get from the footwell into the engine compartment.

  • Vauxhall Signum - SIGNUM/VECTRA Front Blowers not working 6 Aug 2016 (Forum)
Hi, thanks for letting me join the group, I am stumped by this issue... My front blowers are not working on my Signum, the only setting that works is the demist on front screen and when I turn that on then I briefly get air in the front blowers but that stops once the demist fully kicks in, I changed the green resistor but still no joy, so could it possibly be the actual panel unit?
