  He agreed that it wasn't fair, but said that if he did the repair, the garage would not be able to claim the warranty work back from Citroen. Fuming, I tell him to ring Customer Services at Citroen UK. They don't want to talk to me, but he explains the problem, and, funny old thing, they authorise the work, even though the car has covered 6600 miles.

  Why do so many car journalists publish such utter nonesense - or why are they so gullible? Parkers and other prestigious motoring journalists state that the latest Citroen C4 Cactus has a turbo charged, 3 cylinder, 1199 cc petrol engine with 82 PS at 5750 rpm and 118 Nm of torque at 2750 rpm. (It is a 'long stroke' engine). Anyone with half a brain cell knows that you do not need a turbo charger to produce such modest output figures from a 1.2 litre petrol engine and Citroen appear to offer three versions of the 3 cylider engine, namely a 75PS, an 82PS and a 110PS.

  Hi all I have seen a 2012 Citroen C1 which is Cat C. The owner states he carried out the repairs (new o/s rear door & repair to o/s rear wheel arch). He has the VIC.  I asked if he had any pictires of the damage - he says no.

  Purchased and drove 90 miles to my place and almost reaching home, i saw the Anti Pollution system faulty sign come up and the engine light switched on on the dash board.  Any advises. I have booked the vehicle with a Citroen dealer for tomorrow and he says he has to do a diagnostic check.  I thought I got a good bargain at 2250. But after reading some reviews of the similar or different problems in the similar vehicles or different models, i am a bit worried if i have made a wrong decision to get a citroen.

  The fiesta is the Zetec S and sometimes the seats can be a little uncomfortable,   Also the Citroen is brand new so has a 3 year warrenty where as the fiesta does not (might be extreamly useful if we break down! The Citroen is more spacious as well, although to me it feels like a sloppy boat to drive as im used to the harder suspension of the fiesta.
