  My question is whether special tools are needed to refit the window (I think I could probably get a cheap seal from a scrapyard) or whether she's best going to a windscreen specialist? (she's been quoted approx £100 and that's using the glass that she's been left with). She thinks her windscreen excess on her insurance is also £100.
