After about 55k miles and a recent full service our scenic displayed a warning "emmission". The dealers could not find a fault. The buttons on my radio stopped working even though the radio was playing. It had setup for awhile. The battery was weak so I thought it may have a problem with the security code but wasn't asking for it. Since the little card that tells what fuse the radio was is not there I disconnected

it was cold as well - it would not start, and the AA diagnosed the battery as being flat. The advice was to start and run the vehicle on the drive for 15 minutes each day. My father doesn't want the hassle of a trickle charger that means connecting / disconnecting to the terminals every time he wants

I bought the car in August 2018, and noted that it had a new battery fitted in January 2018. It's a Lion battery, not a brand I'd have chosen, but it was on the car. A few electrical gremlins later, I've just put my meter across the battery and read 12.4V (14.65 with the alternator charging
