  Does anyone know if there was a modification on Citroen diesels to replace the filter asembly and primer on the side of the battery housing.I have a 2.5TD XM which has had an inline Bosch filter fitted and the assembly removed. This was done by a Citroen dealer but another doubts the move.

  Has there been a recent concerted effort to establish Citroen C6's as modern classics? I have quite fancied one of these for ages but never got round to it. Usually they are about 6-8 on autotrader but atm there are only 2 at around £ 3-4000. Maybe it's just the Covid general car price rise but they do seem to be creeping up.

  Bought a Citroen C5 2L HDI diesel 2006 model. When you unlock the doors using the fob the boot opens aswell ie not just unlocks the boot but clicks it open so you have to shut it everytime before you drive off. You would expect the fob to unlock the boot BUT NOT physically open it so you have to close it.

  Hi All,   Please i need your help and advice, my newly bought 2005 model Citroen C4 steering wheel is locked and couldn't turn the steering wheel as it is very stiff. I was told i need to change the steering wheel as the steering rack is broken, please has anyone experienced this same problem and whats the best way to solve this issue, i dont have money for a new steering rack.

  I have a 2002 Citroen C3 since Oct 2010. However, when I am going down a slop or hill, it stalls when I put the clutch down when I want to stop. It doesn't happen when the road is level or uphill. I had the injectors and spark plugs all cleaned plus the engine has been checked by computer but nothing can be found.

  After test driving a new Citroen C5 exclusive with the hydroactive suspension i was very impressed with the refinement,quietness and supple ride.The car seemed to be built to last and it had every conceivable extra on it.My question is if its so good then why don't the motoring magazines ever list it in the top 5 family cars to buy?

  The cam belt failed two weeks agoon our car  when we were on our way back to the ferry in france -towed on and off and back home.  The car, a citroen c4 grand picasso had only done 30000 miles and has a full service history, bought from citroen dealer at 2 years old. The car has been sitting in a citroen service centre since then whilst we negociate with the garage and citroen who asked us to pay for an "investigation" to be conducted on the car.

  Hello all, I recently bought a Citroen C5 Estate with the 2.0 HDi (110bhp). The engine is generally good and strong, but has an additional lowish frequency noise and a slight extra vibration at idle. If I increase the revs by 100rpm or so, or draw any electrical load such as use aircon or the rear demister, the noise stops.
