  I'm looking for a replacement for my 2004 Honda CRV petrol and like the new Mazda 6. Mazda like several other manufactures ( new Honda Accord, new Toyota Avensis ) appear to be generally limiting their higher spec models to diesel engines only presumably to satisfy Company car drivers.

  Our trusty Mazda MPV has everything - except a thermometer to tell you the outside temperature. My Volvo V50 gives a very accurate reading and as my wife has been driving it instead of the Mazda this week she has insisted that one is fitted to the Mazda asap.

  This morning while travelling on the A14 I spotted a Mazda 6 driver in the middle lane, following an HGV rather too closely. The Mazda 6 was being tailgated by another HGV. I wouldn't want to have been in the Mazda!!!

  Had if for a year and a half, disappointed would be an understatement. just out of warranty for last 6 months They said they will speak to Mazda as i have had all service history at Mazda since I got it (1.5 years ago). Problem is before that the service was not at Mazda so doubt anything will come of it, That's what the guy on the phone from Mazda was hinting at.

Cargiant and the likes is one option, Mazda approved from dealerships is the other (I try to avoid private sellers as I'm not really car savvy and don't know how to go about that).
