  I posted a couple of months back regarding my Citroen C4, which had free play detected in the steering rack. It was established that there was play in the rack, and the rod ends were completely fine. The play was described as a little more than 'slight', but ok to drive, and advised to wait for the MOT.

  Hi I have a citroen relay 2.2 hDi that is producing  a lot of gray smoke I did a fuel system clean And the smoke seem to go for a while until a few days ago it seem to come bac but not as bad as it was, But today traveling at 70 it just reved itself up dropped in to limp mode for about five seconds with a huge plume of gray smoke then died a few attempts at restarting it and it did I made it home about 5 miles but there is a lot of gray smoke Levington the exhaust.

    I have never had a citroen before so thought....at least i will get to own one, Its advertised at £350, I have considered the usual mondeo / vectra as well. Just fancy owning / drive the xantia :)   (Have never driven a citroen!!)

  Apologies this is my first posting - so hopefully this is OK. We have a Citroen C3 (1.4 Diesel) which has been running fine, and runs generally OK for 90% of its time. However its started to cut out when slowing down to junctions or when the clutch is pressed (usually with radio/blower on).

  Last year our August '02 Citroen C3 was recalled to have some cups fitted to the front suspension struts to stop the spring end stabbing the front tyre if said spring snapped. Citroen's word on the recall notice is "exceptional event".

    We love this car and are keen to get it fixed, but if Citroen are unable to help us I’m not sure what else we can try. Does any one have any potential solutions? In the meantime I was going to write to Citroen UK and make a complaint, but if we don’t make any progress soon I will be forced to buy a new car given our safety concerns.

  Hi I have a Citroen xsara 1.4i LX Y Reg.Taken in due to leak (possibly coolant) and warning lights and alarm coming on due to engine temp.Garage replaced the head gasket (skimmed and pressure tested) new radiator.Also had new clutch and section of exhaust in order to pass MOT.Had car back two days and exactly same engine over heat problem same warning lights.

  The trip computer will not display any readings. When I push on the end of the stalk there is hardlly any movement. All other displays are fine.
