CITROEN C5 - SUSPENSION - Arturo

Had new Spheres fitted to the suspension last year but now feel every bump in road from front nearside . Someone suggested it may be Strut problem.

Any comments would be welcome

There are also two spheres which act as shock absorbers one front and one back dependant on model. Are they genuine spheres because some that available are not charged to the correct pressure normaly when the front middle sphere is faulty a loud clicking sound can be heard.

Not aware of clicking sound, just that every bump in road is felt

It's possible the rubber membrane inside the sphere has ruptured. This would normally separate the suspension fluid from the nitrogen gas & give the suspension movement & damping. A new sphere would be required.

Otherwise possibly a bent strut.
